The 3rd Kraljevina Food Summer took place last Saturday. The first weekend in July is already traditionally reserved for a party that celebrates summertime. Even the rain that poured down for a while didn’t manage to mess up our plans.
FESTIVAL OF WINE AND POSITIVE EMOTIONS
This year, too, the meadow at the wonderful location of the Puhelek Purek winery in Gornje Psarjevo was illuminated by hundreds of lights. The guests enjoyed tasting the top award-winning Puhelek Purek wines, fine snacks and original cocktails. Artists on stilts, multi-instrumentalist Lana S. and DJs Dado and Hrvoje by Urbani eventi provided great entertainment.
Local people, as well as numerous visitors from other parts of Croatia enjoyed at the festival of wine and positive emotions. Everybody was moving to the rhythm of the best summer hits even under umbrellas. We are especially pleased that the event was visited by a truly diverse group of guests – from the youngest to the oldest – because Kraljevina Food Summer offers fun for the whole family.
SUSTAINABLE EVENT
Although in previous years this inevitable summer event was already quite sustainable, in the organization of its 3rd edition, we were even more considerate to the environment. One of the goals of Kraljevina Food Summer is the promotion of products from Prigorje, so this time we engaged even more local suppliers, which at the same time contributed to the promotion of continental Croatia and environment protection.
Numerous positive comments from visitors that are still arriving showed us that we made the right decision when we continued with the event as planned. This edition has been unofficially declared the best so far, and we are already looking forward to the next year.
