The creation of the Snow Queen Trophy to the world-famous sport event, which it is today, developed through many years. Commitment, effort and engagement are qualities of a collective, not individuals. For us, as associates, the ski race on Sljeme is a spectacle, and most of all an event where we have learned a lot from the Cro Ski team over the years. Through the growth of the Snow Queen, we also grew as a company in organization, coordination, discipline and logistics. As Ante Kostelic said, “Winners are created, not born.”
